Refund policy

KING APEX LLC – Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident shopping with us.
Because our apparel is custom-produced per order, returns are handled under the conditions below:


Eligibility

Returns may be approved only if:

  • the item arrived damaged or defective,

  • the wrong size/product was received,

  • the product was misprinted.

We do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind,

  • ordering the wrong size,

  • refusal caused by delivery time.


Request Window

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or review.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof.


Refund Method

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method or through store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be edited or canceled after 12 hours from purchase, due to production queues.


Lost Packages

We assist in tracking lost shipments.
If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.


Return Instructions

Email support@thekingapex.com including:

  • order number,

  • description,

  • photos of defect.


Customer Responsibilities

Shipping item back (if required) may be at customer cost.


Final Decision

KING APEX LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refunds case-by-case.
